Return Policy


In-store customers

  • Shoes must be returned in brand new condition with all packaging.
  • Leather creases and marked outsoles will void the return.
  • Shoe lifts cannot be returned. 
  • Shoes purchased in-store can be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of the purchase date. 
  • Packaging must be returned in new condition to avoid a restocking fee. 
  • Gift cards and accessories are non-refundable. 


Online customers

  • Shoes must be returned in brand new condition with all packaging.
  • Leather creases and marked outsoles will void the return.
  • Shoe lifts cannot be returned.
  • Refunds cannot be issued in-store for online purchases.
  • Exchanges can be issued in-store within 30 days of the purchase date. 
  • To post your shoes back for a refund or exchange, please email us using your original email order and we'll reply with return instructions. Shoes must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of the purchase date. 
  • Discounted shoes purchased online cannot be exchanged or refunded in-store. 
  • Discounted shoes can only be exchanged by sending the shoes back to our Melbourne store. When exchanging discounted shoes, partial refunds are not given when the product is of a lesser value. The customer can use the credit value towards another immediate purchase. 
  • We provide free delivery Australia-wide and subsidise international postage fees so if a refund is issued, the cost of delivery is deducted from the total.
  • Refunds are not issued after an exchange has been made.
