- Please email us with your name and order number before returning your shoes. We'll then email you with information on how to organise your return.
- Shoes must arrive back within 21 days of the purchase date. Please note that there are no exceptions to this policy.
- Items must be returned in their new condition, including all original packaging.
- Any marks on the outsoles will void the exchange. Please test the shoes only on carpet to avoid marking the outsoles of the shoes.
- Any creases in the leather will void the exchange. You can prevent this from occurring by ensuring that the laces are loose before placing your feet inside, by using a shoe horn, and by not bending the shoes forward too much when walking.
- We provide free delivery Australia-wide, but if a refund is issued, the cost of delivery is deducted from the total refund amount.
- We subsidise Express Post International prices, as well as some Express Post Australia-wide prices. If a refund is issued, the customer must pay the subsidy, which is usually not much.
- We offer free delivery for each initial purchase. Additional delivery costs are incurred by the customer for any exchanges. This is usually $15-$20.
- Any special promotions or gifts that are included must also be returned. If not, the retail price of the gift will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Exchanges and refunds are only available for our height-increasing shoes.
- Once an exchange is issued, refunds are no longer accepted.
- Clearance and special sale items can be exchanged but not refunded.
