- Exchanges and refunds are only available for our height-increasing shoes.
- You must email us with your order #, name and address before sending them back.
- Returns must be sent by courier delivery or registered post. We cannot be held responsible if returns are lost or damaged during the return transit.
- Shoes must arrive back at our warehouse within 21 days of purchase date.
- Shoes, box and all accessories must be returned in their original condition. Shoes that have marks on the soles or foot beds are not considered to be in original condition and will be delivered back to the customer at his or her expense. If there’s a chance that you might return your shoes, please test them on carpet.
- To avoid a 20% restocking fee, please ensure that there are no postage labels, marks or tape attached to the shoe box. Please wrap the box either in bubble wrap or in another postage box before returning.
- Exchanges: Once an exchange has been made, refunds are no longer accepted.
- The customer is responsible for all return costs. Refunds will not include delivery costs.
- Any special promotions or gifts that are included must also be returned. If they are not returned, the retail price of the gift will be deducted from the total refund price.
- Refunds on shoes that were purchased with a ‘free delivery’ promotion will incur a $25 refund fee. E.g. If you return an item worth $199.95, then a refund of $199.95 – $25 = $174.95 will be given. Please note that slightly higher refund fees apply for multiple purchases. E.g. – returning two pairs of shoes will incur a refund fee of $35 to cover the cost of delivery.
- Cash rewards do not apply if refunds occur. Therefore, cash rewards are only transferred to the referrer’s bank account after the 21-day refund period is over.
