Premium Quality Elevator Shoes
- Exchanges and refunds are only available for our height-increasing shoes.
- You must email us with your full name before returning them.
- Returns must be sent by courier delivery or registered post. We cannot be held responsible if items are lost or damaged during the return transit.
- For both refunds and exchanges, shoes must arrive back within 16 days of purchase date.
- Shoes, box and all accessories must be returned in their original condition. Shoes that have marks on the soles or foot beds are not considered to be in original condition and will be delivered back to the customer at their own expense. If there’s a chance that you’ll return your shoes, please test them on clean carpet. If the leather of the upper is creased, this will also void the exchange. You can prevent this from occurring by using the shoe horn to put the shoes on, and by not bending the shoes forward too much when walking. Also ensure the laces are fully loose and undone before placing your feet inside.
- To avoid any restocking fees, please ensure that there are no postage labels, marks or tape attached to the shoe box. Please wrap the box either in bubble wrap or in another postage box before returning.
- Exchanges: Once an exchange has been made, refunds are no longer accepted.
- We provide free delivery, but if a refund is requested, the cost of delivery is deducted from the refund amount. E.g. $199.95 (shoes) – $20 (packaging and delivery) = $179.95 refund.
- Any special promotions or gifts that are included must also be returned. If they’re not, the retail price of the gift will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- For Vermont South pick-up sales, items can be exchanged but not refunded.
- Clearance and discounted items can be exchanged but not refunded.
- Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.
